Joining 2009/2010

Hi all, Hope everyone is having a fantastic summer, we are looking forward to the new year and hope you want to give rowing a try, come and see us at the sports fair on the wednesday of freshers week, details here (http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=129277631612). You will have chance to ask some questions, find out more and sign up. Feel free to find out a little bit first here (http://shu-rowing.co.uk/About.htm). And fear not if you are unable to make it to the sports fair, we will put more details on joining on the homepage of our website closer to the time.

We welcome everyone from experienced rowers to people who have never seen a boat or rowing machine, we welcome people of all sizes and fitness, especially small people who want to be in control of others who might like to steer the boats. You will learn to row and have the chance to compete in competitions on water and rowing machines, along with some fun socials.

Current members just check the forum and shout up when your around to train.
