Trouble logging in and forgetting details

To all those members who forget their passwords, usernames and email addresses used just reply to this message (you dont need to be signed in to do so).

Using the admin account, passwords can be reset, email addresses updated and usernames changed. When you get logged on you will be able to do all of that yourself too.
