Members sign up and create an account for the forum - try to use your full name as your username so that everyone knows who you are! Once you have created an account, you will receive an email asking you to follow the link to activate it. Once you have done this you will be able to log in and access the various threads. You will need to request to join your squad as only those members can view the selected groups:
1) Click 'Usergroups' at the top of the page.
2) Select either Mens or Womens squad and click 'View Information'.
3) Click 'Join Group' and await confirmation.
